Return & Refund Policy

At CraveHub, we take pride in providing high-quality commercial vending machines. Due to the size, weight, and nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Because our vending machines are commercial equipment that require freight transportation and may be configured specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return.

Please review all product specifications carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help before you place your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your vending machine immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged during shipping;
  • defective upon arrival; or
  • you receive the wrong product,

you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cravehub.ca.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging, including any visible shipping damage.

We will review your claim and, if applicable, work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Freight Damage

If visible damage is present at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend noting the damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to report visible freight damage at delivery may affect the carrier's ability to process a damage claim.


Warranty

All new vending machines sold by CraveHub include the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • misuse;
  • abuse;
  • improper installation;
  • vandalism;
  • cosmetic damage after delivery;
  • damage caused during customer transport or relocation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, production, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • CraveHub is unable to fulfill your order;
  • your order is cancelled before processing;
  • a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
